CJ Walsh is a certified Nutrition Consultant through the Institute of Educational Therapy and a certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. As a graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and 20+ year veteran of the health industry (17 local here in El Segundo), he feels without a doubt that what you put into your body will determine the difference between good or ill health.
